F.I.T. tiles are 12” (30 cm) x 12” (30 cm) and often referred to as “ErgoDeck Lite”. Use F.I.T. to cover smaller spaces because it will require less cutting and customization. F.I.T. is also an alternative solution when the budget is tight.

F.I.T. features our patented LockSafe® Positive Interlocking System that prevents separation during use and can be easily unzipped to replace single tiles or sections as needed. Thanks to versatility and durability, the F.I.T. system can be used for many otherwise challenging applications. Tiles can be cut and reconnected every three inches to “fit” around columns, equipment or other obstacles. Cover a less-than-ideal floor (such as cracked concrete) to provide standing relief, safety underfoot, and traction for workers — not to mention world-class aesthetics. Assemblies of F.I.T. can also be rolled up without coming apart, making it an ideal solution for areas that require frequent cleaning.

    • Most versatile modular tile
    • Customizable in 3" increments
    • Secure and seamless connections
    • Ability to replace single tiles saves money and down time
    • Silicone-Free
    • Overall thickness 5/8" (16 mm)

Q: What are the benefits of using anti-fatigue flooring?

A: Anti-fatigue flooring is designed to offer a wide range of benefits to employees and employers. Anti-Fatigue flooring can increase worker productivity, reduce slips, trips and falls and improve the overall health of your employees.

Q: How does anti-fatigue flooring improve overall health of my employees?

A: Standing long-term, especially on hard, unforgiving concrete leads to lower back pain, swelling of joints and poor circulation that can lead to varicose veins. Standing on anti-fatigue flooring allows for continuous muscle movement which leads to increased blood flow to the legs, feet and back. Continuous blood circulation reduces fatigue, alleviates back pain and reduces swelling.

Q: How does anti-fatigue flooring increase employee productivity?

A: Fatigue eventually leads to lack of focus and concentration on the task at hand. Anti-fatigue flooring reduces worker fatigue allowing them to remain focused on the job at hand.

Q: What is meant by "customizable in 3" increments"?

A: Unlike other modular tiles available in the market, our patented LockSafe connection can be cut every 3" without losing the ability to connect to adjoining tiles.

    Q: How do I cut F.I.T. tiles?

A: F.I.T. tiles can be cut using industrial shears, but for larger installation areas we suggest a band saw or similar cutting equipment.

Q: What's the difference between F.I.T. and ErgoDeck?

A: Think of F.I.T. as "ErgoDeck Light". Both flooring products share the same LockSafe system for secure connections, but F.I.T. is a lower profile, smaller footprint tile.

Q: Do I need to use adhesives?

A: One of the biggest benefits of the LockSafe system is a secure, dependable connection that snaps together and holds tight in-use, but zips apart for reconfiguration or replacement!

Q: Are the colors shown on your website the exact color I should expect to receive?

A: No, because monitors vary so there may be a slight variance in the color. If color choice is critical, we suggest that you order a sample. Due to manufacturing processes and material dye lots, color can vary, but our products fall within an industry-standard acceptable variation.
