The Wearwell natural rubber 229 mat works great. After working in the garden, it cleans my shoes very well. Therefore, I do not track mud everywhere. It is not too big or too small, it is just right. I would recommend this product.

I bought this to help my husband wipe his shoes off after gardening before coming into the house. He wears a size 13 and it does a great job! Very good purchase. It sits by the back door and really gets the dirt, leaves, grass clippings, and debris off our shoes before entering the house.

5 Prevents mud from being tracked inside

I bought this boot scraper for my back door; it worked so well that I bought another for the front door. It cleans the bottom of boots well, with lots of lateral room for wide feet. There is no need to anchor it, as one foot stands in it while the second is wiping. Its flexible rubber construction seems like it will last for years. It can also be easily hosed off.

5 Very Sturdy and Heavy Enough for Mud

I did a lot of research looking for a good boot scraper. I've had the kind with bristles before and they didn't hold up. Where we live, there is plenty of dirt and debris to collect on shoes when conditions get nasty. This Mud Chucker is a keeper. It is heavy rubber and the rubber "bristles" stick out from both the sides and bottom. You feel your boot/shoe being gripped as you pull your foot through it and it does a good job at scraping off debris.
